If I say I am pregnant, will I legally be allowed to marry my eighteen year-old boyfriend without parental consent? Will I need proof of the pregnancy?

I do believe you would need to prove you are pregnant if your state does allow it.
What state are you in?
This is what I found
Georgia: If you are 16 or 17 years old, you may apply if accompanied by both parents who have given written consent. If the bride is pregnant, no parental consent is required if you submit a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the bride is pregnant.
If you SAY you are pregnant and are not, you get to go to jail.
ARE you pregnant?
You can not just say you are pregnant and expect anything to happen. You will have to have a note from your doctor stating that you are pregnant.
If you are having an abortion why get married before you are 18?
That would be fraud to use the pregnancy to get married knowing you may likely get an abortion.
You are 17 why don't you just plan to get married for your 18th birthday?
Or 25th? I know four people that got married on their 18th birthdays or soon after, every one is divorced, and two are remarried.
I agree there really isn't a reason to get married so young especially if you don't want a child anyway. Besides that... it takes time to get a marriage licese and get the marriage done so by the time you got into the doctor to get the authorized note and got around to the actual marriage it would most likely be too late for a legal abortion anyway.
To get married in Georgia
2 forms of ID
Premarital education program
No waiting period
No doctors appt/blood test
Cost approximately $65.00 more if no premarital ed
Well first you need to find out if you are pregnant. By now you should have found out one way or another.
I do not suggest going out and purposely getting pregnant because you would be just getting into another set of problems.
Also by the time you go through all the legal stuff to get emancipated could end up not getting finalized until you are 18 anyway.
Did you just turn 17 or are you half way to 18? I ask becaues nohelp is right. By the time you go through all of the legal stuff to be emancipated you may already be 18 and you would have wasted the time and money. So, are you pregnant or not you have had time to find out by now.
It took me 2 1/2 half years to get emancipated. It is worth it if you have a parent that isn't a parent. But it's not worth it if you just have strict parents and hate their rules, and honestly that's what this sounds like. You are a child, therefore you are your parent's responsibility. Getting pregnant and/or married will not make you an adult. It will make you tired, stressed, and ruin the remaining childhood you have. Sorry to be so blunt, but this strikes me as a really bad idea.
