Speed Gear (Speeder XP) makes changes on my computer
I was looking for some hacks to see what there are and if I can use any
And I found Speed Gear (Speeder XP) and dl and instaled and makes the sistem move ten times faster but not loading faster
Anyway after finishing instaling the program I could not use the task manager it said it was disable by administrator and I am the administrator (this was saying when I was pressing ctrl, alt, del) from the menu bar I it was transparent and not clikable so I used whit my game and I was moving faster and all thing around me strating moving faster but the people around were teleporting so I stop it after playing 30 min I quit
And after I quit I started testing the program and used maximum speed
Clicked some programs and after a while the music has stuck
I reset the com because I don`t like waiting and at windows could not start task manager finally found the answer and finish
But now I cannot turn on firewall (this was off because of warcraft 3)
And now when I want to start the firewall says:

Windows firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows firewall/internet connection sharing (ICS) service? I cliked yes

Windows cannot start the Windows firewall/internet connection sharing (ICS).

And now on task manager appears new process msdtc.exe(run`s on network service), qttask(don`t see it anymore), msmsgs.exe( run`s on catwalk), and there was mmc. Exe(I think was catwalk) or something like this that I don`t see it now and those process

Ok I'll assume that you question is how to fix these issues.
Well simple really, dump Speed Gear or try a system restore to a time before you installed it.
    Job done.

    Sounds easy but doesn`t work
    Why
Because I don`t use restore points even if I have xp
When I used restore points doesn`t bring files back or settings back to normal
It just get`s u to that date
I need another solution something how to turn the firewall on and beside of this can anyone test more of the speed gear program what changes it does
And as I can see the sistem get`s the process back in action after every restart
Now the task manager is disable

Lol it says sistem restore has been turned off by group policity. To turn on contact your domain administrator

It's a work computer and you formatted it? Doesn't your IT department care about what goes on the network? Do you have full admin rights on the computer?

Have you a legal product key as what you are seeing maybe part of the software's copyright protection countermeasures.

There isn`t any thing like that
They aren`t allowed to do anything to my computer
In term of condition they say that they will assume any responsibility for the damage

Group policies, domain administrator... and you now say it's a home computer? Hmmm... something doesn't add up.
