If you won this weeks euro lottery where would you start and do you think your life would be ruined... think hard... your future depends on what you do.. can you stop the train and get off,the lunatics will take over the asylum??

Winning a lot of money leaves me as responsible for my own future as I was before winning it.


Much good can be done with money. So I would consult people more knowledgeable than I am to determine how best the money could be used to help the truly needy. I would also seek advice on how to keep myself in a position of wealth so that I could continue the charitable activity and not go broke in the process.

As for myself and close family members who deserve it, I would add a few comforts to make life a bit easier.

Although I don't live in Europe, we do have a lottery where I live.
I guess if I ever won, I would first have to play, assuming I did an I did indeed win, I guess it depends on how much I won.

Well lets say I won $1,000,000
Lets break it down:

Uncle sam: $550,000
VA tax: $250,000
Other taxes: $100,000
Pay off medical bills: $70,000
Pay off house $15,000
Pay off credit card: $3000

Id have about $12,000 left over.
I guess I could get a nice used car for that price.

Id still have to work. Still won't be able to retire. Oh well, it was a nice thought.
