My daughter is not allowed to drive due to a medical condition (seizures) and we need to dispose of her truck. Voluntary surrender or repo seems to result in the same thing. Anyone know of any relief given to the disabled in such a situation?

Can somebody take over her payments to buy the truck for themselves?
I don't know of any programs that would help.
There is no "disable" relief, she can sell it, try to find someone that will take over payments, keep making payments and get someone to drive her.
The difference is in voluntary surreder there are no legal fees, no repo fees and more.
In a repo you will have often 1000's of dollars of additional fees
You can only voluntary surrender if the lender agrees, most won't
