I have a maytag perfoma top load washer that stops suddunly a few seconds into spin cycle, the moter keeps running and I can get it to drain but it makes a lot of noise and you smaell a little burning ruber. The belt is OK and the motor pully is blackend but OK.
Washer is about 5 yrs old and this is the first prob incounterd
Any help would be muchly apprecated
