I am 20yrs old,I met my father one time and I was about three yrs old,I was told that he died but my mother tried to obtain a death certificate and there were signs that he is actually dead.He was into the drug scene and my mom thinks he's in witness protection,if this is so how would I actually try to contact him?I have been blessed to have a step dad who loves me but I just want to actually see and meet my sperm donor... if anyone have any answers for me please help me out.thanks
