House had structure problems before buying
I purchased a home 7 years ago with owner holding mortgage now I wanted to get a bank mortgage and can't get one because the structure of the house is in bad shape, the beams are rotting away and I got an estimate of 11,000 to fix and the roof has 3 layers and needs to be replaced I have put 2 new furnaces in hot water tank and a side roof for 1600. Now the landlord says she will take back the property because I don't want to pay 42,000 for the balloon payment because the house is not worth that with the problems. I have already paid 31,000 over the 7 years. My question is do I have any legal rights to get her to pay for some of the repairs I did because the structure problem was there when we bought it I just didn't know it till now, and the roof was bad.I really hate to give back the house after paying about 36,000 so far the purchase price was 50,000.

No, you had the right for to hire and get a full home inspection before you signed a contract on the home. But if you don't pay the ballon note, the home will just go back to the original owner.

If you did get a home inspection what did they show.

Why have you not over 7 years been doing repairs on the home,
Things like layers of the roof are easy to see
