Oh... is that what you call your stubborn inability to accept facts as facts... to you that is called "reasonablness".
Ok, Mr. Reasonable. Whatever you say.

But, hang on. I haven't abandoned you. I think Obama is more RIGHTY than a lefty. You should cut him some slack. He's actually one of you... Here's the WRONG right wing things he's doing:
1. Failing to recognize that Afghanistan is going to be HIS Vietnam, or HIS Iraq,
Only if he screws it up.
But hey, I thought that you were in favor of attacking Afghanistan but against attacking Iraq. That was what you claimed in the past anyway...

2. Failing to FIX health care by not offering single payer, and failing to mandate a public option,
How do you "mandate" a public opinion?
And polls show that 67% of Americans (inluding 46% of Dems and 70+ percent of independents) are against a single-payer health care plan. THAT is the mandate.

3. Nominating a conservative associate justice even if she's Latino,
Really? Who?

4. Failing to close Gitmo,
Yep... Reality jumped up and bit him on the @$$, and he has now realized that he's got no place to put the terrorists if he closes Gitmo.

5. Failing to release a detainee a Federal judge told him to release,
Who?

6. Supporting a dufus era idea of keeping detainees FOREVER with no charges,
Actually, that would be a George Washington-era idea. Or perhaps a Belisarius-era idea, if you really want to go back far enough. Perhaps an Alexander the Great-era idea. But let's not let history get in the way of a good rant.

7. Failing to prosecute the torturers and those who ordered torture,
What torture? You mean people who ordered the enhanced interrogations, like Nancy Pelosi?

8. Promising NOT to hire lobbyists, and doing it IMMEDIATELY,
You actually believed that promise?
Quote:
9. Promising to end Don't Ask, Don't Tell, and then NOT doing it.
To what end? What's the advantage to ending it, other than to make gay people feel good? Does it make the military stronger? Does it help recruitment efforts? Does it make fighting a war easier? Does it make running an army easier? What would he get out of it other than keeping a voting block that wouldn't vote for his opponents anyway. There is no political or military advatage to it for him.

Yes, with you there always is.
Yep... this is a reasonable post... NOT.
