Running PVC Conduit, sockets, and waterfall pumps
    1) I am in Harris county Texas and have not found specific rules on proper depth for burying 120 line in pvc conduit. I plan to bury 18 inches to comply/exceed NEC standards. Anyone know the exact required depth?

    2) When the conduit reaches the house, can it follow the foundation above ground, mounted to the cement, to the breaker box or must it all be buried?

    3) it will terminate in an outdoor box to allow me to plug in a waterfall pump. Is this permissible (having an outdoor socket to plug in a 110 v waterfall pump?

Other better ways to do this?

    Thanks

18 inch is the standard depth, however there is an exception, if the circuit is residential, GFI protected, and 20 amps or less, it can be 12 inches deep. GFI protected means there is a GFI circuit breaker or GFI device at the beginning of the circuit before it goes underground.

No, does not need to be buried all the way, The conduit can rise at any point of the building and be attached to the exposed surface of the building.

Sure, just will need to use what we call an "In Use" weatherproof cover plate.

Other better ways to do this?

    Thanks
