I am an armyy officer.. I lead my unit in physical.. but I am extreamly thin no matter what I do I can't gain weight I can bear more pain and have more stamina than any one else... please I need to get fat soon... very soon help me out

You don't need to gain FAT. FAT is not healthy. Have you had tests to check your metabolism?

Does your family have a history of thin people? It may just be your genetic makeup.
