If you are asking how to change the faucet itself, the answer is that it is not easy. If you faucet is in a wall that backs up to a closet or clothes hamper or something like that you can cut a hole in the wall and then change the faucet in a normal way of unscrewing it or melting the solder and taking it apart.

If it is soldered in place and you can use a torch in a small area you can take the escutcheon off the faucet and get to the fittings from the front side. This is tedious and can be a fire hazzard because of flameables in the wall.

So be careful and if you want more information let me know.

Same question, different post: You have to tell us first what brand / type / kind of faucet it is. Some manufacturers, like Delta and PP make conversion kit. But w/o the brand - we don't know how to answer your question.

What is it you're asking to replace? The handle/knob or the valve? If all you wish to change is the knob we'll need the brand name of your valve. Regards, Tom
