What are the laws on child neglect for the state of Florida? My husbands 10 yr old son is in Michigan living with his grandmother who had guardianship she just recently terminated the guardianship and cps said they were going to charge my husband with child neglect. What does that mean for him.

It sounds like it means he didn't go get his son before grandma terminated her guardianship. He needs to straighten this out asap. Everyday that goes by I do believe it can be used against him per day.
