Hi, whoever is reading this. OH MY GOSH, I have so much evidence. I have this heart box with my name on it and the top came off, and then it did it again, but the point of the heart a different way. Rocks move like way too much on they're own.

How old are you? Poltergeist experiences are often common for teenagers.

I too.. want to ask how old you are and where you are. I grew up with poltergeist activity throughout my childhood.. in my bedroom only.. which lasted for years and then just stopped. When I was in my thirties.. I was once again sleeping in the room alone and nothing went down.. ever.. and this was after my mother died and I was alone in the house.

I recommend burning Sage through the room, hallway and door to house or apt. clean everywhere.. throw out all old stuff.. open windows while burning sage.. Say outloud " I ask this energy to please leave this house.."I intend to clear this space now".. in the name of Jesus Christ. Say the Lords Prayer outloud. You may have to do this numerous times.. remain consistent. It is said hauntings are a spirits inability to let go and move on to heaven.. and poltergeists are impish. Bothersome entities attracted by your body going through adolescence and the cacophony of hormones etc.

Just ask it to leave.
