My lease expires in two months, my landlord don't want to renew my lease because he needs the house for himself. I just gave birth to my son two week ago. Can I be evicted if I tried to keep the house without a new contract?

Of course.

Yep, that's the problem with leases, once the contract runs out you have to leave if they choose not to pick it up again.
