Early 90's animated movie, maybe japanese?
I am looking for a movie, but I don't know much details, but what I do know is...

Possibly Japanese, I think it had a Japanese name?
I believe it had two kids who move into a house with their family
They become friends with a flying creature, who carries them on his back while he glides through the sky.
For some reason I think that he flies one of the kids to the hospital because a baby is being born... but I might not be right with that one
I know its not much, its been killing me cause I can't get it out of my head!
