I never noticed the big clot on my palm until yesterday (I used t think that everyone has the same blood clot as mine). My friends told me that it was weird.

On the picture above, the venus part of my palm is big and it is color blue. The veins there are also obvious. Is this normal?

It could be a birth mark and not a clot at all. Is it always painful? As a matter of fact, that part of my hand is blue sometimes.
