This was a segment of a show like Twilight Zone or Tales From the Crypt... one of those. It was about a woman who had a locket or something that could stop time. At the end of the segment she stops time, then looks outside of her house. A nuclear missile is mere inches from hitting the ground, frozen in time. She realizes she can never start time again.

Sounds like outer limits, although I can't tell you an exact episode.

Premonition is wrong I looked it up on some british help site and someone answered using premonition, I assumed it was right, just viewed what it was and it is totally different Gekko is very much right!
