    I am attempting an offer in compromise with the IRS and cannot get the fair market value for my 1996 General 14*56, 2 bedroom, 1bath mobile home in fair condition. I am stuck! Any suggestions?

    Write to the IRS and ask them to appoint one of their valuers.
    This valuation should be acceptable to them.
