    If my child is 18, but mentally disabled can he still receive child support from is father up to the ag/e of 21?

    You should have went after that before he turned 18. I don't know that you can go after it once he turned 18.

    Depends on where you live and what the original court order says.

    Ahhh yeah they had the ? Piggy backed so it threw me off.

    If your kid isn't 18 yet you need to make sure you get it in the court order before he turns 18.
    Once he turns 18 it is hard, if not impossible to get it changed.

    What state is this happening in ? Some states run until 21. How severe is the disability ?
