    Different Dictionaries
Is there really a difference between dictionaries? There are College Dictionaries, Family Dictionaries, Children Dictionaries, even Desk Dictionaries but is there really a differences between all those or is it just a way to sell dictionaries?

In short yes they are different you will find some lack definitions of certain words. That being said student dictionaries are geared for students and words they commonly need to define. Same with children's dictionaries. Some differences are in size for instance a desk dictionary would be much larger than say a travel or pocket dictionary. Hope this helped AC

Yes they are called unabridged dictionaries they are huge, expensive and can occasionally be found a large libraries as far as I know they are updated every so often so you would need to find the most current edition possible? You may find one online not sure though. Why do you ask ?
