    Anna,

What is your age? Age can factor into pregnancy. Are you using any birth control? I am sure you are not if you are trying, but I got to ask.

If you have ever used because what kind was it and how long ago did you stop?

    Are your periods regular?

The more info you can provide, the better we can help.

    Man on top. Women below.

Do not get up right away after.

Elevate your legs for 10 or 15 min.

    Relax and have fun.

Go on Vacation. Go all out.

Each time my wife and I got pregnant it was on vacation.

Do you know why this works because relaxation and stress free.

Actually worrying and stressing over trying to get pregnant may actually deter you from getting pregnant.

There are only 3 days in a month that the women is really fertile.

Do not have intercourse more then once a day. Around your fertile period starting before. Have intercourse every other day.

It may take up to a year to get pregnant which is normal. Some doctors will not even talk to you unless you have been trying for longer then a year. Some doctors 2 years.

If then that does not work. Then it is time to seek advice about fertility help.

It can get stressfull, frustrating and upsetting but that could be the very thing preventing you from becoming pregnant.
