The test is from a lifestyle change book that I follow religiously, it's helped me maintain and lose weight throughout the years.
It's a body type diet, written by a doctor, it's great because it bases the diet on your body type.
So do this for a week, record everything, then we'll talk again. I'm sure there has to be a way. :)
