I have a Goodman Heat pump with a smart talking thermostat. Here’s the problem. Intermittently, the indoor blower fan motor does not come on when running the AC. To get the motor running, I have to reset the thermostat, which seems to trip the circuit into starting the fan blower. The cap is running at 90% and the compressor is in great condition.

What are you talking about. What is a cap?

Since you have to reset the thermostat to get the blower motor to run I would think it could be a thermostat problem or the blower relay.
