How do I go about marrying someone in jail? They are in county jail awaiting trial

Wait until the trial is over. If the person is convicted, then wait until the person is out of jail. What's the rush? If the person is in jail, you won't be able to spend time together. Why not wait until everything is cleared.

Call up the jailer and ask him if they allow it. If you have MONEY, hire a lawyer to do it for you, because even if they DO allow it, I don't expect the jailer to tell you the truth.

Glad you are going to wait from the legal side, as long as the jail or prison allows the wedding, you can do it. Some may, or some may not
