I need answers. My husband and I live with his mother. The trailer is his younger brothers. His younger brother gave the trailer to his mother and left it in his name. She pays all the bills every month. We pay for the food, and sometimes fixing things in the home. We have no written agreement with anyone about bills, nor does their mother. When we moved in there was a verbal agreement no drinking was allowed and the rule a broken. My Question is if his mother doesn't pay rent to the younger brother, because she pays lot rent to the owner of the trailer park and the is no lease of anykind and we don't have any kind of written agreement can they evict us and if yes how long do we have?

The mother can't evict you, but the brother (owner) can. If she is friends with the land owner, and he can say you broke the park rules, he can evict you from the park. As for the time, not sure.
