I have a 1996 Volkswagen Passat. I left the lights on for several hours and my battery was dead from this. After charging battery the alarm now is going off and I can't start my car. The battery is good because I checked it. Is there a switch to get my car started again? I have heard of something like this that prevents you from starting it until you actually switch it back. Please Help me.

Your Alarm instructions should tell you how, Does it work by FOB or Key?
Most systems have Starter interrupt, Won't turn over.
I like to also disable fuel, ignition and transmission interlock.
I like to keep dishonest people Honest.
Also helps honest people stay Honest.
From what I see from Many manufacturers, starter is usually othe only one.
