My menses ended last Monday and I had sex with my finace the following Wednesday. I asked that we try a little "rough" sex and he consented. At one point it was painful and we stopped and tried something different. About Thursday or thereabout, I noticed some pinking spots, which changed to red now and then. It is nothing heavy-actually far from it. I am still experincing that pink/red like stuff and it is now Monday. We have never done "rough" sex before. I'm sure I'm not pregnant because he has never ejaculated inside me. Could it be that I tore some muscles/skin because of this "rough" sex?

Are you using protection? Because there IS pre-ejaculate fluid given off by a penis if it is inside you unprotected.
It could be that your period wasn't done, but since it has been a few days, I think you need to call your doctor and get checked.

Ok even if it was PRE ejaculation, could I have possibly become pregnant in a couple of hours? Doesn't it take more than 72 hours?

It's been more than 72 hours since you had sex. You also were in a fertile time. I suspect that you will need to see a doctor to find out what is going on.
The rough sex probably had some to do with it, but since you didn't use protection, you could also be pregnant now.
