89 Honda Civic Won't Start
I have a 89 Honda Civic with 31000 original miles. My wife left the lights on and now the car will not start (does not crank, no dash lights, no activity at all). I took the battery home and could not charge it completely - it reads 10.7 volts.
I put the battery in and it still does not crank. Should I be able to start the car with a battery that shows 10.7 volts instead of 12?
I also noticed 2 wires coming from the firewall that were disconnected. I do not know the name of the device where these wires come from. A third wire (blue) that comes from the same place and was routed under the battery appears to go to one of the front headlights or the front right bumper.
Any ideas where these wires connect?
Thanks
