Does anybody know how to find someone's address if they are on parole and can anybody give me the information on how to go about doing this.

You can not, if you know their name, you can do some of the people searches like you would every one else.

The Dept of Correction sites may show they are on parole.

If they are a registered sex offender, their address would be listed on that register.
