Ok here goes,I had my tubal 4 yrs ago after my 3rd child. Well here it is Aug 2 and I haven't had a period since April,my periods were iregular (about every other month) I took a hpt test back in may cause I was having some signs of pregnancy but it was negative . Almost 3 months later and I really feel pregnant. I have no ins so I hope to see a doc in the next few weeks until then I'm wondering is it even possible for me to get pregnant

Yes it is possible can you take hpt another test and see what it says.

It is not common but it can happen.Depending on your age ,you could also be experiencing some symptoms of perimenopause .
Some women experience changes as early as their mid thirties.
Menstrual irregularity being one of the most noticeable changes early on.

Also there is false pregnancy where you experience the symptoms but I think that happens with women who want to get pregnant really desperately more so
