I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX. It has a hammer vibration at 60 mph and up. I already changed the ball joint, wheel bearing, bushing, cv joint, and tie-rod 1 year ago. But it does the same thing.

Could this affect the wheel balance or alignment.

If anyone can help, please answer.

    Thanks.

Check your tires for wear and balancing. There may be unusual wear, due to worn struts, that shows up at that speed. When struts are replaced, it's best to do all of them at the same time. Otherwise, the old struts can ruin tires, for instance, that are on the rear that are then rotated to the front. It's equally possible the tires just need to be dynamically (computer) balanced.
