    Privacy Laws Violated by Comcast
    Greetings,

Early this week 14 email messages were removed and deleted from my inbox by Comcast without my knowledge or authorization. Three of said emails were urgently important. After waiting for several days, and after making several calls to speak with Comcast Tech Support/Supervisory personnel, I was informed that my emails are irretrievable. When I demanded the mechanism by which my emails were removed, I was told that it was not possible to explain and that it was a random occurrence. I replied that all computer functions are programmed by human beings, and demanded to speak with a "higher-up." I was told this, too, was impossible. I know my rights have been blatantly violated, and not only did I never receive so much as an apology for this action, but was treated as though I had done something wrong. Please advise.

I don't understand what type of advice you are seeking. Are you asking if this is the stuff of which lawsuits are made? How to force an apology?

You say that you know your rights have been (blatantly) violated - if you post that information (how you came to that knowledge, what agreement/contract was violated) it will be easier to answer if this is a legal question.

Did you check the settings of your email? Did u check the emails if they're accidentally hidden somewhere like in trash?

I am a customer support specialist too and yes no matter who you speak with, there's nothing we can do about it because emails were password protected and there's no way it will be removed unless someone/ some setting deleted it.
