You may have to incur a small charge for the paper work

It should be on your bankruptcy papers. I'd say typically 3-4 weeks after the trustee hears your case.

I read this as a few months after the hearing - but it depends on the type of bankruptcy.

We have no idea when "YOUR" bankruptcy was discharged or even if it actually was.

You would have gotten a final discharge paper from the court when it happened.
