It seems that my email has been blocked as I can't send any mail or receive any either. Am facing this problem almost since a week ago. Could you please help on this.

You will need to call your internet provider and get them to release the block.

Sometimes if someone sends you an exceptionally large email it can back everything up and you need to get the provider to fix it.

Happens to my mum all the time :)
