Sharp like a stick pain in my ear. Have tried drugstore drops & candle for possible wax
Build-up. Started last night, now pain is intensifing hourly. Need relief, no health ins.

Sounds like an ear infection. Go to the pharmacy and ask a pharmacist to suggest something there. A lot of the time a drug store will have something. Otherwise get to an urgent care. They are a LOT cheaper than a emergency room and without insurance you should be able to afford it without it breaking your pocketbook.
