Delaware month to month tenant notification of moving out
Information on the Delaware notification of intent to vacate premises for month to month
Tenants. Property management office states you need to give them sixty day notice
And then I heard you only have to get a 30 day notice which is it.

    Hello royal:

Nahhh. Month to month means exactly that. EVERYBODY (landlord and tenant), can give the other a month (30 days) notice.

Otherwise, it would be called two months to two months.

If there was ever a written lease in effect, and if that lease required 60 days notice, then that notice period still applies if you continued as a month-to-month tenant after the lease expired.

But if you never had a written lease then the notice period is 30 days.
