I saw this moive in 2002, though it's older than that. I was about a red phone booth like in London or something that looked like it tflew out of the sky and landed in a boys backyard. When he stepped into it, it took him to another land. While he was there he composed the weather like one would do with an orchestra. That's all I remember.
