Error code for a kenmore washer
We just moved and after I moved my washer it flashes E10 after it washes and before it spins to rinse. I have to run the drain and spin cycle to finish any cycle. Does anyone know what the E10 code means?

The error code E10 means the fault is in the E10 group. It could be E11, E13, or E14. To find out which of the 3 it is, touch any key on the control to wake it up. Wait 5 seconds then press and hold Start and Pause/Cancel simultaneously. Continue to hold Start and Pause/Cancel and all the LEDs will go blank. Then the display will flash the true fault code. It will flash it as long as you hold the buttons. The meanings of the three possible codes are:

    1. E11- Fill time too long. Check the screens in the fill valve where the hoses connect.
    2. E13- Water leak in tub, or air leak in air bell. Need a technician to diagnose and repair.
    3. E14- Reed switch. The reed switch is mounted in the dispenser tray area and closes when you close the dispenser drawer. If the drawer is closed completely, you need a technician to diagnose and repair the washer.

Thank you so much! It was the E11. I had the tech coming tomorrow, but my husband fixed it. Saved my a lot of money. THANKS AGAIN!
