The Bank just started my foreclosure. I put my house up for sale about three weeks ago hopeing it would sale. How much time does my house have on the market with me selling it before its to late. It has not went to the judge yet.

Are you wanting to keep the house? Refinance to buy a little time?

It takes quite a while for a bank to foreclose. Are you able to make any payment whatsoever? As long as you are making every attempt to pay and keep payments current while trying to catch some past dues, they will have a very hard time foreclosing. The judge would see your efforts as long as they are earnest attempts. Have you considered Chapter 13? That would stop any further actions.
