I have been on a dating agency & got chatting to what I thought was a nice business man in the UK. He told me he was going on vacation to Malaysia & Hong Kong. I had been receiving nice texts from him on my mobile & some emails. He knew my PC had broken & that at the moment I couldn't afford to buy a new one. He sent me a text asking was it still broken which I replied Yes. He then said he was going to buy me a new one over there and some nice gifts which he was sending by courier the name of Universal Air Couriers. He gave me details of the website & details of how to track the parcel. When I went in to track it I saw it was dispatched from Hong Kong on Wed to Kuala Lumper it said it was delayed there and final destination was Shannon in Ireland. When I went to check its progress today the website seems to have disappeared.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me or is it just a scam?

Ignoring the shipping company, haven't you asked yourself why someone you have only chatted with onlline would be shipping you a new PC from Hong Kong??

It doesn't sound like you know this guy at all. You sound like a too-trusting person to be trying to meet people online like that. Please be careful.
