I need the installation manual for a rheem gas furnace model RGPN-12EARJR

We have a Rheem classic series 80. RGPN-12EARJR. Coil gets cool and can hear fan running, cool air can be felt around the unit. When checking the ducts, we can't feel any air coming out. Almost as if the fan is running at low speed only.

You need to take a closer look at the furnace,like where the 2 copper lines go in and connect to the evaporater coil. Do you see a lot of heavy frost or ice? Sounds like maybe the coil could be froze over or so dirty the air can`t get through. Also when was the filter changed last? Dirty filter will cause much the same problem

Yep.. that's it!! Thanks for the answer. Now I just need to find a new coil that uses the R-22 freon.

You say that's it,, What is it?, you probably don`t need a new coil,, tell us exactly what you found ,we may be able to help you farther.

The coil is completely clogged. We blew it out. Not sure that is the problem though. Even without the coil in place, the blower does not blow enough to get air to the vents.
