How much do you charge per square footage to clean an office building??

Could you please give us some additional information to get us started. There are so many factors involved;

How many days per week cleaning?

What size building?

Commercial building? What type; general office, medical, retail, etc?

Please tell us more about this building/s.

5 days a week, 2.500 square feet. Commercial cleaning. General office.
