The door of my house and the window of my neghbor are face to face. Whenever I leave for school in the morning the neghbor stands in front of the window with towel around his body and as soon as I come out of the house he starts whisteling to get my attention and removes the towel exposing his naked body so that I see him. What should I do?

Honey, what he's doing is illegal on so many levels, you need to notify the police number one, if you are a minor let your parents know or if you're over 18 make sure people you are close to know what's going on.

I agree with all said. If you are a minor tell your parents right away so they can call the cops and get his butt aressted! That's a felony!

The other thing that I would suggest is not to respond to the whistle or the removal of the towel in any way, if you can. These guys look for a reaction, so practice your 'poker face'. Try and look at the top of his house or down the street when you leave your house.

If he tries to talk to you don't talk to him, act as if he doesn't exist.

This is something that the adults in your life have to deal with, not you so tell them.
