I have extremely bad dandruff and I cannot use any shampoo/conditioner other than Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders without getting dandruff. Recently its become worse and the shampoo I'm using is not helping much. I shower regularly at least once every 2 days to once a day. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this!? Not only is it gross but its embarrassing!

My friend had really bad dandruff, she had the same problem, she had to go to the doc, who then referred her to a specialist and he put her on speical shampoo and conditioner. Have a look over the internet for home remedies.

I have really bad dandruff as well as oily hair, it's a curse.

One thing that really helped my dandruff was Coal Tar shampoo.

If you can't find that then T-Gel by Nutrogena is great.

I heard that mixing a few drops of tea tree oil in water and using it as a final rinse helps you get rid of dandruff.

I used to have really bad dandruff when I was a kid. It helped me a lot to comb my hair in the shower with shampoo. It losens the dandruff so that it washes out better. I think pert plus dandruff shampoo is the best. You can find it at any store. Also try to rub some kind of oil in your scalp like baby oil, olive oil, or almond oil.
