What consequences I am facingDfor a 3rd d
I had a bad car accident on June19, 2009. My wallet,keys and cell phone came up missing. I just received a letter in the mail today, july31,2009. Stating that I have a warrant for my arrest and I needed to call the number at the bottom of the page. I called and the gentleman said he had to get with someone and call me back. He never did. I called him again, and he said he will still looking into it. What do I need to do? What are the penalties I may be facing? I work from hom and started stared schoo to obtain a bs in Advertiging. I really don't want to loose my school. I will look all financial aid everything, not to mention my future. Is there any possibiity of getting house arrest? I don't care for how long. I don't have a car and do not intend to drive again for a very long time. What am I looking at for consequences, and how would I apprach asking about house arrest? I do not have a real attorney here and without working cannot affor one at the moment. Please advise! Thanks you, Cheryl
