I live in Dekalb county in Georgia I bought my house in July 2006. I never signed the Homeowners Association agreement but I received a summons dated June 3, 2009 yesterday July 31,2009 stating that I if I don't respond in 30 days I would have a judgement against me for past due fees. I called the number on the summons three times and no one got back to me. Another thing I never received a HOA bill from the Association. Will someone please tell me what to do.

You signed the homeowner's agreement so you are responsible for the fees even if you never got the statement in the mail. Does the HOA have a separate number other than what's on the summons? If so, call them directly and say you'd like to resolve the debt without going to court. Chances are they don't want to exhaust their resources if you are willing to take care of it.
