Landlord harassing me to no end
I had a personal injury lawsuirt against my landlord since 2005. From the minute she heard about this lawsuit, she has been harassing me. I just recently settled the suit with her insurance. She still harassess me. She sends me emails to get out of her apartment. She writes letters to my personal injury attorney that I am not paying my rent. Which I do pay and she cashes rent check. She has harassed my children who do not live with me. Called my job and left messages. This woman is a nut. I am in the process of moving, I just purchased a condo. Do I have just cause to file another lawsuit for harassment. She made me wait 6 months for a new stove. The old one was leaking carbon minoxide. These are just some of the things going on. I have a long list. Please someone help. I live in Franklin Park, NJ...

Harassment and not replacing your stove are two different issues.

Have you contacted the Police about any of this?

I'd consult with an Attorney - if what you say is 100% truthful and you can prove it, yes, I would say she's exacting revenge over the lawsuit.

I wonder why she didn't evict you or not renew your lease while the lawsuit was pending - ?

She would send me once a year an increase in rent. I would pay and continuously pay my rent on time. She tried to bring me to court and she would never show up. Can you please guide me on what type of attorney I need. She is getting out of hand.

An attorney licensed to practice in your state who is willing to give you a no-charge consultation.

No, you don't particularly need a "lawsuits against landlords who harass their tenants" attorney.
