My husband knew and was OK with me taking a vacation to New York for three weeks with my kids.when I came back a week later he kicked us out for no reason. I left because he balled up his fist and he said if I did not leave he was going to have some one remove me. Do I still have rights to our home.can I ask for half what's my rights..
