We have no idea what they are or when they will go away. The dermatologist took a biopsy off his right thigh and they still aren't 100 percent sure what it is. Let's see so far they have called it eczema and acropustulosis but when I look for images online nothing looks even similar to what he has. They do come and go but when they come he scatches all day then they pop oozing with puss. I don't know what to do help!

Have you looked up Impetigo? It some times looks like a cigarette burn.

It could also be 'inventigo'

Although I'm starting to suspect that inventigo is REALLY impetigo, and my mother simply said it wrong all these years lol (I had it when I was 10 badly on the back of my knees)
