I forgot to mention the fact that it is really hard to tell whether I am skipping my period or not. That is because my period is irregular. I sometimes won't have it for 3 months at a time. So I would also like to add that on to why I am so scared.

Take a hpt test and don't have sex again until you are prepared to handle the consequences.
